CanConnect19 Wellness Partners are educated and experienced professionals who are passionate about engaging and empowering you to take back your health and include functional nutritionists, mental health professionals, and others. They will use a holistic approach to assist you and other members in identifying and prioritizing your unique goals, values and needs. They will focus on lifestyle changes, self-care practices, mental health, and activities to support your immune system.
The modest fee of $10/month is intended to cover the costs of operating the program: the cost of technology and communications and paying a modest fee to the Wellness Partners and other professionals who are willing to provide their professional experience, expertise and facilitation to the membership.
